How It Is Made
Finely ground by hand using stone mortars and manual pressure to released all the cooked flavours in a powder form. We ensure minimal wastage via this ancestral tradition and the consideration of these ingredients are all locally sourced and made under the watchful eye of nuestro Abuelita (our grandmother) Authenticity and flavour jumps out of the 100gram jars.
