Forged from the old world and adapted to today’s reality, these ancient Mexican recipes and techniques focus on long infusions, herb isolation and ingredient extractions to create these mystical potions. Habanero chilli is not a common ingredient in the creation of liqueur recipes, and that’s exactly the reason we choose this amazing hit of spice blended with coffee beans.

How It's Made
Corta Espantos (short scares) is another recipe from the old world, using the unique Habanero chilli and freshly ground coffee beans achieving exceptional flavours and mystical effects. Coffee liqueur with a funny and scarey touch of habanero chilli heat is created from the sweat of boiled coffee and chilli wax. Rested for a month in stainless steel tanks to allow the flavours to combine.
