Cinco Sentidos (“Five Senses) originated as the house mezcal in Oaxaca’s acclaimed restaurant, “El Destilado,” Our goal is to bring you small, uncertified nano-batch mezcal that highlights a variety of production processes, agave diversity, and most importantly, the tradition and talents of the “familias mezcaleras” who handcraft their spirits with rigour and esteem.
5 Sentidos
Alma Tepec is the first Mexican ancestral chile liqueur handmade from smoke-dried Pasilla Mixe ("mee-hay") chiles grown in the remote mountain region of Oaxaca called the Sierra Mixe. No additives or artificial sweeteners here.

Following the tradition of the agave spirit production in the Bacanora town, Sinohe and his family found the wild sotol plant and his creativity to explore and tinker, he did not hesitate to distill this, as he says, the most important part with the Palmilla (the local name for the sotol plant) is the fermentation, we pull the sotol out from the oven and mill it instantly, once milled we leave the fibres to rest in the open environment overnight, all of this to allows the yeast to colonise the fibres.
Bacanora Yoowe
ASp is an Agave spirit made in Australia and inspired by Mexican traditions. It is handcrafted usually with wild, locally grown Agave Americana (sometimes with Angustifolia) and each batch has its own unique taste. While the signature of ASp is a smokey taste this will vary with each batch and each person’s taste & experience.

They source fresh fruit from trusted growers and meticulously extract every drop of flavour. Their goal is to craft the perfect foundation for both classic and contemporary cocktails, striking a precise balance of sweetness, acidity, and alcohol intensity.</p>

Maxico Mistico is inspired by, and built on, shamanic and mystical Mexican traditions. Forged from the old world and adapted to today’s reality, these ancient Mexican recipes and techniques focus on long infusions, herb isolation and ingredient extractions to create these mystical potions. The original fernet recipe was created in the 19th century for one purpose, to heal the body, in this liqueur we want to revisit that focus but using local herbs to stamp it with a Mexican seal.

Mezcal De Leyendas are pioneers when it comes to Mezcal. First to be certified fair trade, sustainable, organic, kosher and the first to produce Mezcal from multiple Denomination of Origin (DO) regions under one label. They promote, produce, and sell Mezcal because they know the social and economic difference they make to the marginalised communities of Mexico. The profits go back to the collectives and families.
Mezcal De Leyendas
From Oaxaca, to Michoacan and beyond, Derrumbes tend to cook their agave in stone pits underground (unless it's their San Luis Potosi expression which uses a 'horno' like small traditional Tequila producers) using black oak to give a light smokiness which brings out the fruit, mineral or herbal notes depending on the type of agave used. Unique fermentation processes include; underground tanks lined with pine wood and distillation via a wooden still, all of which guarantee some of the most intriguing and unique aromas and flavours to be experienced in Mezcal.

The name Mayalen is a variation of the Nahuatl word, Mayahuel, the goddess associated with the maguey plant in the Aztec culture. Mayahuel is also associated with fertility and nourishment. Since 1949, the town of Mochitlán, Guerrero, has enjoyed the craftsmanship of our maestro mezcalero whose knowledge has been passed down as a family heirloom. Mayalen's production is focused on the use of wild agave variations.

This Tequilana is produced only minutes away from the Tequila outskirts. With the border in sight, the denomination of origin does not apply here, meaning their unique spirits focus on the people behind the label, their family history and the production process.

Located in the region of Malpaís de la Breña, Rancho el Ojo is a ranch with pristine management by the Saravia family whose objective is to maintain the balance in the ecosystem. This ranch presents an incredible opportunity for the sustainable use of wildlife through the certification of the Management Unit for the Conservation and Use of Wildlife. The Saravia family joined the Cortés family and through the traditional knowledge of Don Valentín Cortés the Vinata El Ojo was built where Origen Raíz was born, together they produce a mezcal with much love and respect.

Sotol La Higuera is distilled in Aldama, Chihuahua by Gerardo Ruelas. The sotol distillate is made from the tall, spiny-leaved Dasylirion wheeleri shrub, more commonly referred to as desert spoon.
