Adjust the serve to 45ml per cocktail, and you’ll stretch the kit to 16 perfectly balanced Margaritas without compromising on flavour.

How To Make
Ingredients
- 60ml Espadin Mezcal
- 25ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 15ml Senor Maguey Organic Agave Nectar
- A pinch or two of Chilli Salt for spice; or
- A pinch or two of natural sea salt for more flavour
Steps
- Salt the rim of your tumbler glass with some Chilli Salt or natural sea salt
- Half-fill a tumbler glass with ice.
- Add all ingredients to an ice-filled shaker.
- Shake your cocktail shaker for 15-20 seconds.
- Pour the cocktail over an ice-filled tumbler glass.
- Garnish with a slice of lime if you wish.
