Using maguey cenizo from Durango this mezcal is cooked via a solar-powered tractor steam-heated steel oven, then solar-powered mechanical grinders, fermented in oakwood tanks and then double distilled by copper alembic stills heated by solar power. By only using solar energy during the production process we strongly reduce our ecological footprint. We are honoured to exclusively import and share this brand with Australia.
