The special batch of Flor de Piedra is an exploration into rare agaves from the region of the Sierra Occidental. This agave literally grows in the stone’s and only at certain elevation, not to mention the difficulty in sourcing, all these factors create a unique and wild profile with uncomon flavour. This is the last batch imported into Australia, once its gone it’s gone.

How It's Made
The nano-batch of rare agaves are cooked with with adobe ovens, mechanically milled, fermentation in large plastic containers and distillated in hyrbid stainless steel and copper pot alembic stills. Once ready the vino de agave is double distilled in hybrid stainless steel-copper pot stills. The spirit is left in glass to mature for at least 30 days, which allows the spirit to rest and oxygenate. This magnificent fusion of growing regions, production regions and a beautiful mind highlights just how unrivalled Mexico’s agave spirits are on a global stage.
