For a fresher take; mix with bianco vermouth and soda for a spritz, or with fino and gin for Unicorn Tears. How It's Made
Nick scoured his home state, sunny Queensland, for the sweetest pineapple about. And on the hunt through the tropical farms stretching 2000km north of the Sunshine Coast’s Iconic Big Pineapple, he landed in Mareeba. Here he found perfect baby pineapples at Piñata farms, picked small for extra sweetness. This family business was first started as “whispering pines” in the 60s”, but these days the joy that their pineapples bring warrants more of a raucous cheer.
