Aptly named “the big mexican” for the size of its huge pina, this masterpiece from leyendas has huge flavour, a hot salty mineral savoury wave at the front with an unexpected fruity and extremely long sweet finish. It has a distinctive meatyness, combined with a touch of smoke and the overall sweet with a little heat theme this is like Kansas bbq at its best.
