How It's Made
This Green Ansinthe recipe is one of time and patience, it includes 45 days maceration and a 15-day infusion. Each ingredient is isolated and extracted individually. The recipe is made up of a combination of measured ingredients steeped in high-proof cane spirit and allowed to merge and stabilise to leave you with a harmony of rich, pungent, herbaceous and bitter green Absinthe.
