El Cristiano is the world’s most delicious and additive-free tequila, made by third-generation master tequila makers, from the finest Jalisco highlands blue agave. El Cristiano was conceived by a small group of friends with a passion for Tequila and Mexico. With over four decades of experience in the tequila industry, we look forward to introducing you to our “Familia el Cristiano”.

El Cristiano is dedicated to making pure Tequila with no additives. With a high focus on harvesting only the matures of agave that is aged at least 6 years and of a certain size, we have eliminated any need for additives that change the true essence of 100% highlands blue weber agave.

Our traditional process is one that has been perfected over generations with zero additives and absolutely no compromise or shortcuts.

The first impression is of intensely woody aromas, followed by sweet notes of vanilla, caramel, maple syrup and toasted walnuts. These aromas combine harmoniously, offering a complex and enveloping olfactory experience.

On the palate, a very soft flavor is perceived with outstanding notes of oak. The sweet flavours of vanilla, chocolate, coffee and nuts that are perfectly integrated, providing a rich and persistent presence in the mouth with hints of tobacco and vanilla flan that linger on the palate.

The Tequila is made exclusively from agaves harvested in the Jalisco Highlands, a red earth region located at an altitude of 6,760 feet above sea level. The agaves used are over 6 years old. The production process includes cooking in stainless steel ovens and fermentation with selected yeasts that give the tequila a special profile.

Distilled in stainless stills with copper coils inside, which gives it excellent characteristics, we then rest the Tequila in custom built oak barrels. Matured for 96 months, with 84 months in American white oak Whiskey barrels, then finished for another 12 months in Cognac barrels.

Rare and limited, this is one aged Tequila not to be missed.
